Room Rates

Please note that a credit card is required to secure your room reservation.  See refund and cancellation policy below.

• Check-in time: After 12:00 noon.
• Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
• Children staying with parents: No charge for children under 12 years.
• We provide guests with a free-of-charge airport pickup for minimum of 2 night stay at $20 per night.  Otherwise, the charge for airport pickup is 10 dollars.

Other information

• Room rates include government sale tax and breakfast.  Please note that only booking with the rates of $20 per night and up includes breakfast.
• Charge for late check-out: 2-hour late: $5, 3-hour late :$ 7, 5-hour late:$ 10
• Guest airport pickup:10 dollars per person

Hotel booking cancellation policy

• Credit card is required for hotel booking.
• Your credit card will be charged for the price of one-night stay when you fail to check-in.
• To cancel your booking without charge, you must submit your cancellation to the hotel at least 48 hours (two business working days, Cambodia time) prior to your check-in date.
• You will be charged for one-night stay if you submit your cancellation less than 48 hours prior to your check-in date.
• Your credit card provided is not charged until you arrive at the hotel.
• No refund is provided for early check-out unless advance notice is provided during the booking.
