Booking and cancellation: Please note that some hotels
require credit card for booking. Upon receiving your booking, the
hotel will contact you to request for information.
Your credit card will be charged for one-night stay when you
fail to check-in.
To cancel your booking and get a refund, you must notify the
hotel at least 48 hours (two business working days, Cambodia
time) prior to your check-in date.
You will be charged for one-night stay if you submit your
cancellation less than 48 hours prior to your check-in date.
Your credit card provided is not charged until the date you
arrive at the hotel.
No refund is provided for early check-out unless hotel is
notified in advance during your booking.
